Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 5, 2026
Career Source Group, LLC ("Career Source Group," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, through one of three forms:
- Contact form: name, email, phone, and the message you send us.
- Request Talent (client intake): name, email, phone, company name, the specialty and engagement type you're hiring for, and any additional details you provide.
- Find Opportunities (candidate application): name, email, phone, location, specialty, and availability, plus a résumé and, if you choose to include them, a portfolio URL and LinkedIn URL.
We also automatically collect standard technical information when you visit: your IP address and basic request metadata, used only to secure the site (rate-limiting abusive form submissions) and to operate it. We do not currently run any analytics or advertising tracking; see "Cookies" below.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your inquiry, requirement, or application;
- Match candidates to roles and clients to talent;
- Protect the site and our forms against spam and abuse; and
- Meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for behavioral advertising.
Where your information is stored and who we share it with
Your submissions are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase. A résumé you upload is kept in private file storage that only our staff can access, through short-lived signed links. It is never made public. We use the following service providers to operate the site and process submissions; each acts on our behalf and does not use your information for its own purposes:
- Supabase: database and file storage for form submissions and résumés.
- Resend: delivers the email notifications and confirmations our forms send.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: a bot-check that runs when you submit a form, to keep spam out.
One embedded service is not under our control and sets its own cookies:
- Calendly: if you click a scheduling link, Calendly's own booking widget opens and Calendly, not us, sets cookies to run that scheduler. See Calendly's privacy policy.
Cookies
This site does not run advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookies set on this site are the ones described above under Calendly, from a third-party widget we embed, whose data collection we do not control. Your theme preference (light or dark) is saved in your browser's local storage, not a cookie, and never leaves your device.
Data retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, consider your application, or maintain business records, and no longer than that. You can ask us to delete your information at any time. See "Your rights" below.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us through our Contact page. We will respond to reasonable requests.
International visitors
We are based in the United States, and information you submit is stored and processed in the United States. If you are contacting or applying to us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under the age of 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to the site or our practices. The date above shows when it was last revised.
