Candidate Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Career Source Group, LLC ("Career Source Group," "we," "us") handles the information you provide when you apply through our Find Opportunities form. It supplements our general Privacy Policy, which covers the rest of this website.

What we collect

When you apply, we collect your name, email, phone, location, specialty, and availability, plus a résumé and, if you choose to include them, a portfolio URL and LinkedIn URL. Depending on the role and region, we may also ask for your work authorization status and compensation expectations (hourly rate, annual salary, or monthly rate).

How we use it

We use this information only to match you with relevant opportunities across our client network. We do not submit your profile to a client without discussing the opportunity with you first and receiving your permission. Joining our talent network does not guarantee placement.

How your résumé and sensitive details are handled

Your résumé is stored in private file storage that only our staff can access, through short-lived signed links generated at the time of viewing. It is never made public or searchable. Your résumé upload, compensation figures, and work-authorization details are transmitted only over HTTPS and are never logged in our analytics.

Retention

We keep your profile for as long as reasonably necessary to consider you for relevant opportunities, or until you ask us to delete it. See "Your rights" below.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time, by contacting us through our Contact page. We will respond to reasonable requests.
