EEO & Employment Notice
Last updated: September 3, 2026
This notice explains where you stand under employment and labor law when you apply through our Find Opportunities page, and how Career Source Group, LLC ("Career Source Group," "we," "us") handles equal opportunity, work classification, and jurisdiction-specific requirements across the regions we place talent in: the United States, LATAM, and Pakistan.
Equal employment opportunity
Career Source Group provides equal opportunity in recruiting and placement, and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, pregnancy, veteran status, marital status, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, local, or foreign law. This applies to how we source, screen, and match candidates, and we expect the clients we place candidates with to uphold the same standard.
How your placement is classified
Depending on the role, region, and engagement type, you may be engaged as a W-2 employee of Career Source Group, a 1099 independent contractor, or an employee of a local employer-of-record or professional employer organization we work with in your country. We will tell you which arrangement applies to a specific opportunity, and provide the paperwork for that arrangement (for example, a Form W-4, an independent contractor agreement, or a local employment contract), before you begin an assignment, never after. Compensation figures you provide on our application are your expectations, not an offer; any actual offer is set out in writing.
Work authorization
For roles based in the United States, any offer of placement is contingent on your ability to provide legally required proof of identity and work authorization (Form I-9), and, where a client requires it, that client's own E-Verify or right-to-work process. We do not sponsor immigration petitions unless a specific opportunity states otherwise.
If you're applying from outside the United States
If you're applying from, or would be placed in, LATAM or Pakistan, your engagement follows the employment and labor law of that country and may be administered through a local employer-of-record or professional employer organization rather than Career Source Group directly. Statutory protections (notice periods, severance, statutory leave, and similar terms) vary by country, and we or our local partner will give you country-specific terms in writing before you begin an assignment. Your application information is transferred to and processed in the United States, as described in our Candidate Privacy Notice.
Background checks
Where a role requires it, an offer of placement may be contingent on a background check performed by us or by the client, with your authorization and disclosure as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act and applicable state law. You'll be told before any check is run and given the notices the law requires, including a copy of any report used in an adverse decision.
State and local hiring notices
Where required by the state or locality a role is based in, we don't ask about criminal history until later in the process (commonly called "ban the box"), don't ask about your salary history, and honor local restrictions on when and how candidate screening can happen. If we or a client use an automated tool to help evaluate your application or an interview, we'll provide whatever notice or opt-out the law where the role is based requires.
Minimum age
You must be at least 18, or the minimum legal working age in the country you're applying from if higher, to apply through this site.
Pay transparency
Where we or a client advertise a specific open position with a pay range, we include a good-faith range as required by the law of the state or locality the role is based in. Where U.S. law restricts asking about salary history, we don't ask, and we don't require it as a condition of being considered.
At-will employment
Where Career Source Group is your employer of record in the United States, your employment is at-will: either you or Career Source Group may end it at any time, for any lawful reason, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Accommodations
If you need an accommodation to complete our application, take part in an interview, or perform the essential functions of a role we place you in, tell us through our Contact page and we'll work with you to provide one, consistent with applicable law. (This is separate from our Accessibility Statement, which covers usability of this website itself.)
